I am so incredibly impressed with the standard setting customer service I received from Jude Connally, specifically Nancy and Abigail at the NJ store!
I had purchased the adorable Midge dress and wore it for a second time after taking it to the cleaners, only to notice it shrank a bit in length and lost a button. I reached out to the NJ store, and Nancy was exceptionally kind and helpful.
Jude Connally completely stood behind their product, even after we realized I had originally purchased the dress from a third party retailer, not directly from JC! Nancy and Abigail reached out several times to follow up and are even sending me a brand new dress.
I am overwhelmed by the level of care they provide. The dress itself is beautiful, adorable, and of fantastic quality, but this customer service makes it worth every single cent. Thank you so much, Nancy and Abigail, for going above and beyond to make this more than right!
