How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, which will include the FedEx tracking number for your package. If you have created an account, you can also login and view the status of any of your recent orders. Please allow up to 10 days for processing and shipping.
How do I cancel my order?

How do I use a Gift Card?
Enter the Gift Card Certificate Number in the Discount field on the final checkout page. The amount of the gift card will be applied towards your order.
Do I need an account to make an online purchase?
No. You can create an account so that you can view the status of your order and enjoy faster checkout, but this is not required.
How do I care for my new Jude Connally garment?
Our nylon spandex garments are made with imported fabric in the USA and are very easy to care for. Machine wash in cold water and remove promptly. Tumble dry low or line dry. Do not use chlorine bleach or fabric softener, and do not soak. A cool iron may be used if necessary.
Our Ponte garments are made with imported fabric in the USA. Dry clean only.
What if I have a concern with my garment purchased from JudeConnally.com?
Please refer to our return policy. We will do our best to resolve any issue that falls within the guidelines outlined in the return policy.
Does JudeConnally.com deliver on Saturdays?
Fed Ex will deliver to a residential address on Saturday.
