Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise that has the original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

We only accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased through judeconnally.com. Merchandise purchased at our retail store (Westfield, NJ) can only be returned or exchanged at that location.

Items received as a gift can be exchanged or issued a merchandise credit within 30 days of the purchase date. When returning the item, please indicate the item was a gift and provide the full name of the person who placed the order.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items are not eligible for price adjustments.

Please read all conditions. If conditions are not met, Jude Connally reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Follow These Steps to Make a Return:

Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

CLICK HERE to process your return. Select the product(s) you are returning and tell us a little bit about why you're returning them. Any additional details of your return that are not addressed in the return reasons can be written on your packing slip and we will be sure to review it.

Be sure to add your packing slip to the returned box with the prepaid ($8.00) shipping label provided. The date you need to send back by will be provided on this slip.

Once the returned item(s) are received in our warehouse, you will receive an email notification within 1-3 business days confirming your return has been processed and the refund amount.

A refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow 7- 10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Please refer to the Exchange Policy above and online to ensure that your exchange meets the criteria stated.

Add any additional details of your exchange that are not applicable in the exchange reasons to your packing slip, and we will be sure to review it.

International Return & Exchange Policy

Follow These Steps to Make a Return:

Return unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise with the original tags attached to the address listed below via an insured mailing service and retain the tracking number for your reference. Jude Connally is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Insert a copy of the original packing slip and indicate the reason for the return next to each item you are returning.

Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, you will receive an email notification confirming your return has been processed and the refund amount.

To ensure receipt of this email, please add shopus@judeconnally.com to your e-mail address book. A refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges

Please call us at 1-855-222-JUDE (5833) only if you would like to exchange your merchandise for a different size, style, or color within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note, all exchanges are subject to availability.
