It is long enough and modest enough to wear to a professional office and comfortable enough to wear running around town or even to the playground with a pair of bike shorts underneath. I wear mine with bike shorts that have pockets so I can easily slip my credit card and phone in my pocket and go. It washes well and no wrinkles ever! No ironing so perfect to pack in a suitcase for a vacation. Can be dressed up i ok r down with the right shoes and accessories. I always get compliments on my Jude dresses.
