International Shipping
International orders are shipped for a flat rate of $50 USD, plus applicable taxes and duties.
During checkout, you will see an estimated amount for taxes and duties based on your shipping destination. Please note that these charges are estimates only and may vary. Any additional customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges assessed by your local customs authority remain the responsibility of the customer.
International Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns
If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:
Return Instructions

Return unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and non-defective merchandise with all original tags attached.

Ship your return to the address listed below using an insured mailing service and retain your tracking number for reference.

Include a copy of your original packing slip and indicate the reason for the return next to each item.

Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your refund.
Important Notes:

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for all return shipping costs on international orders.

Return labels are not provided for international returns.

Jude Connally is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return packages.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement after processing.
