Hip: the fullest part of tour hip. Approximately eight inches below your waistline.
Waist: The slimmest part of your waistline. Above your navel and below your ribcage.

This runs a bit large - I usually wear a small but it was gaping a bit under the arms so I exchanged for an XS. If you are above a B cup, I’m sure it would not be an issue. Adorable dress. Very bright. Love the gold braid straps. Now I just need a tan!
